Company created by the notaries deed corporate foundation the „Factory of fulfilling dreams" The aim of our foundation is to prevent the social pathologies, such as the discrimination and the social exclusion, especially with reference to the handicapped persons, help to everybody stricken with handicap, change the social consciousness towards the handicapped persons, initiate and support of in area of the innovative solutions in social policy, related with handicap. The founders of the "Factory of fulfilling dreams" foundation want to propagate the handicapped persons' sport, ecological transportation as well as the rules of safe drive. The activity of the foundation will allow Carbon Design S.A. company to concentrate in one place all social initiatives, to make it the most possibly transparent, to steer it and make it more professional.

Our abilities and experience were rewarded!

During the IV International Markets of Production and Technology the PROTECH'08 in Wroclaw our crew from Carbon Design S. A. (under the lead of Jarek Baranowski took the praiseworthy title " the Constructor of the Year 2008” in Polish edition of competition „the Engineer the Of the Year”.

The aim of competition is to promote Polish technical thought, innovative solutions and especially all persons responsible for these kinds of activities. The editorial staff of Design News magazine honors with the prestige title of Constructor of Year individual person or the teams, which the projects were introduced and realized or others projects which were only in the phase of prototype or the exact study.

The following factors were taken into account:

* innovative

* the complexity of project,

* the range of works,

* the importance for industry.

Last year the Solaris the Bus & the Coach for project of bus the Solaris the Urbino 18 Hybrid from hybrid drive was honored with the Constructor's title of the Year 2007.

We design and produce products and elements made of carbon and kevlar composites for automotive industry.

Thanks to location in Eastern Europe, our costs are lower, and prices are very competitive, but still quality is the highest.

We manufacture limited series of automotive parts made of carbon and kevlar lightweight composites: bodykits, spoilers, fenders, hoods, doors, bumpers, strutbars and other custom made automotive parts for exclusive and sports cars: like Porsche, Corvette or Ariel.

We also produce carbon and kevlar full car bodies.

Carbon Design acts in the most advanced technologically productive trade. The innovation in object of activity of our company consists in use of the most modern composite technologies based on carbon, kevlar, glass and basalt fibres. The world trends show, that the modernity in range of production of cars, boat or sport equipment consists on going away from the traditional materials and replacing them by composites. This tendency, begun in air industry and car sports Formula 1, conquers more interests between unprofessional users, ready to pay higher price for products made in cosmic composite technologies.

Composites have higher parameters than other materials used traditionally. The basic difference, taking material structure of metal and composites into consideration, consists on this, that the composites have the stratified structure with the fibres placed directionally. Thanks to this feature it is highly possible to make all kind of shapes and forms. The suitable arrangement of fibres, selection of quantity of coats as well as the choice of concrete material (carbon, fibreglass, kevlar) lets us steer with physical qualities of our product (stiffness, endurance).

Two key divisions in our company are automotive and bicycle.

1. Automotive division

Carbon Design is one of sparse between little Polish companies producing some elements from carbon fibres for automotive industry. Almost all of our projects are self made. Carbon composites are the semi-finished product used in the most advanced technologies in production of cars and different vehicles or other products. According to the opinion of the majority of clients Carbon Design is the only Polish producer able to make the carbon elements keeping the highest required quality. So far Carbon Design concentrated on several projects for sports and exclusive brands such as: Porsche, Ariel or Chevrolet Corvette. At present in our internet shop you can buy most of our products.

2. Bicycle division

In this division we design and produce professional and recreational handbikes (bicycles with hand drive), recumbent bicycles, tricycles, rickshaws, velomobils, advertising vehicles and other atypical vehicles driven with strength of hands or legs as well as with alternative sources of energy. All vehicles produced and offered by our company are made with carbon fibres, as and with aluminium or different materials such as kevlar or basalt fibres.

Professional handbikes made by our company have international fame and popularity which are due to athletes' victories in all over the world in many prestige competitions. We could talk about Arkadiusz Skrzypiński – the winner of the marathon in Boston this year or about his achievement in Cup of World (2006) and the Cup of Europe (2007), about Franz Nietlispach – the winner of the title of champion of Switzerland, about Rico Monreau – winner of the title of champion of Canada - on bicycle made by the Carbon Design the S.A.

Except two divisions mentioned above, Carbon Design runs the division of 3D CAD design services and the section of non-typical orders:

3. Division of 3D CAD designing

Our company provides designing for external companies. This activity is based on our own licences of professional software SolidWorks. SolidWorks is modern computer system ( 3D CAD), used in process of projecting. It makes possible the creation of spatial, parametral models in part and in entirety, their analysis, visualization, and also the study of any technical documentation. The goal of the section of project services is to satisfy demands of external companies which do not have their own sections of constructions and projects services or which have to intensify their constructional works.

4. Division of non-typical orders

Carbon Design makes occasionally atypical orders for different objects made in carbon technology, ex.: the pieces of furniture, elements of equipment for bathrooms even exclusive carbon visiting-cards, elements of scenography for theatres, weapon or tables of USG examination. Carbon Design makes also atypical vehicle with hand drive, legs drive or electric drive for electric trolleys for example.

Our Corporate Foundation "Fulfilling Dreams Factory” was recently established. The goal of our foundation is to help handicapped persons, propagate sport among handicapped persons and their advocacy.
